※For those who "switch from another carrier with number transfer (MNP) to Rakuten Mobile". Those applying without MNP receive 11,000 points. Points are granted in installments. Please check the rules for details.
Frequently Asked Questions
Even if you previously contracted Rakuten Mobile (Rakuten Saikyo Plan) and cancelled, a "re-contract" is still eligible for the referral campaign as long as you meet the conditions on the newly applied line.
Even if you apply for multiple lines, you are eligible for points as long as the number of lines falls within the campaign limit (up to 5 lines per person).
If you close the browser or the session is interrupted due to an unstable connection, the referral tracking may not function correctly. If you close the screen mid-procedure, it is recommended to re-click the referral link and restart the login process from the beginning to be safe.
As a general schedule, points are granted in installments over 3 months starting 4 months after the month you logged in (entered) via the referral URL with your Rakuten ID.
